Is Maid by Polly licensed?
Yes! We are licensed by the State of Connecticut.
Is Maid by Polly insured?
Yes! Maid by Polly carries General Liability and Workman's Compensation insurance.
How many people will come to my house to clean?
A team of at least 2 will come to your home to clean.
Will I have the same team each cleaning?
Most of the time, yes! Schedules change and our employees take time off, but we try to ensure you have the same team in your home.
Does Maid by Polly bring their own supplies?
Yes! If you have something special you'd like us to use, please leave it out for us and let us know.
Will Maid by Polly bring their own vacuum?
Yes! If you have your own, we can use that as well. We would always ask before using it.
Will Maid by Polly use my own products and vacuum if I want
Absolutely! We want you to be comfortable and satisfied with the cleaning we provide.
Does Maid by Polly make beds?
Yes! Just leave the sheets on the end of the bed!
Does Maid by Polly wash dishes?
We do! This does incur an additional charge, so make sure to mention it when going over what's needed for your clean.
Does Maid by Polly require us to be home?
Not at all! Make sure you let us know you won't be home and have a way for us to get into the house.
Does Maid by Polly mind if we are home?
Absolutely not! We want to work with whatever works for you.
Does Maid by Polly work on the weekends?
Typically, we do not.
What should I do with my pets while Maid by Polly is over?
Nothing special! You are welcome to leave them to roam in the home. They live there too!
Do I need to do anything to prepare for Maid by Polly's arrival?
Not at all! We are here to help, don't feel like you need to do anything special.
Does Maid by Polly wash windows?
We do! This does incur an additional charge, so make sure to mention it when going over what's needed for your clean.
